When working with Source Networks as your out-sourced IT support provider, we will begin to compile all documentation regarding the many components of your network.
We create a “snap-shot” of your existing network and put it on documents that encompasses your IT hardware, serial numbers, manufacturer’s phone numbers, WAN/LAN IP addressing, and login usernames and passwords, etc. By creating this document, we can identify many problems with your existing network that you may not be aware of: out-of-date warranties, expired contracts, failing equipment, old technology, area of performance problems, etc… This documentation continues to evolve each time we work with you to insure its consistency as we find having this to be a key component to provide you with the most efficient support we can.
