A Source Networks consultant will be connecting remotely to your Apple or Windows computer. In order to establish this connection, a small applet must be downloaded. Because the consultant will be viewing your desktop, close any personal or confidential information on your screen before connecting with the technician.

Company was needing a new server to centralize their office documents, provide remote access, change their backup solution, and fix their internal networking problems. Source Networks evaluated their existing IT cabinet and determined what equipment need to be replaced and worked with Apple sales to configured a server to support their current and future growth needs.

We ordered the components, installed the new equipment and re-organized the existing equipment, labeled the cabling, equipment, and documented the network for future support needs. We designed two types of backups: local and cloud-based. Using an external local hard drive provides fast restores in case of any loss, and we setup CrashPlan PROe cloud services to push daily their files to a secured off-site location to provide a disaster solution.
